She performs her best as an off-field Sub-DPS since her Sword Dance form's duration is not long enough to apply Hydro on enemies throughout the Dendro Traveler's Elemental Burst. If you are planning to get upcoming characters anyways, who could possibly improve Nilou as a Sub-DPS, then go ahead and pull for her now since her F2P team is still a viable option! Is Nilou a DPS? The fact that you have to use a Hydro healer (for now) makes her flexibility very low, especially since the game still lacks other Dendro characters.
